Scott Krumwiede, Owner/Broker/Loan Officer of ABC Mortgage Company in Myrtle Beach, SC is a professional who knows the mortgage business inside and out. I first came to know Scott in 2008. He was the broker for a client that was purchasing one of the properties I owned in Myrtle Beach. In 2009, I contracted with Scott to assist me with obtaining a mortgage loan for the purchase of an ocean front condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. At that time, the economic conditions made condominium financing very challenging. Scott was able to make it happen where as I personally do not believe anyone else could. In January of 2011, Scott was of course the mortgage broker I would contact to assist me with the refinance of my original loan. It was no surprise to me that he was able to get the refinance processed while saving money with minimal refinance costs.
