Lori has a love for real estate. For the past 16 years she has work with many local agents maintaining and remodeling distressed properties. Several of her friends have asked her to assist them in their search for the right property. While helping them, she discovered how happy it made them when they found “the one”.
Lori decided that this is what she wanted to do for others too. She feels nothing is more rewarding than helping someone find their future. This may be by selling a property you currently own to help you move to the next stage of your life, or buying the property you fall in love with today. Joy in home buying is a powerful emotion.
Lori has lived in Horry County since 1982 when her father was transferred to the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base (some of you know this as Market Commons). Lori married a North Myrtle Beach boy, had children, and raised them in Aynor. (Yes, Aynor is in Horry County!) Lori has been a Girl Scout leader, a Cub Scout leader, The President of the local Green Hat Society, and has taught First Aid and CPR.
She can’t wait to assist you in purchasing the home of your dreams or selling your current home as you continue your journey in life.

“If you ever need anything done, ask a busy person.” Benjamin Franklin said this as the only reason why was Marc Zucconi was too busy being unborn yet to say it himself. Marc is a very outgoing individual, always loves a good laugh (as shown above) and always loves to create good and long lasting relationships with many of the people he encounters on an everyday basis. But don’t let that fool you, as Marc is also a professional businessman with an entrepreneurial mind. Holding 2 jobs throughout college and working his way from intern to full-time staff at his previous job, this solidified his stay in the Myrtle Beach area. He then got involved with a couple of real estate investment properties here on the Grand Strand, as well as owning a liquor store in Pawleys Island, SC. The interest in real estate grew when he was involved in his first investment property at the age of 24, from there he then obtained his real estate license and joined the Trembley Group Real Estate Firm in Myrtle Beach, SC.
“It’s a great place to work, when you have the minds that we have here at The Trembley Group, the sky is just the ground floor.”
